  1. It’s been a while since I checked in. You’ve shared a lot of posts since I last checked. It sounds like your school year is off to a great start. I may not homeschool, but I appreciate reading how you do it-and that you do it rather loosely. 🙂

  2. What a great line-up! We still divide our circle time in two (I’ve got four boys aged seven and under)…Bible-related things immediately after breakfast and poetry/music/art related stuff at morning teatime (which is when we start our school day). One great recent addition has been Pilgrim’s Progress…they’ve been loving it despite the archaic language. It’s a great story, and we just enjoy it as such (I try not to expound too much!). Anyway, just an idea for the “highbrow” literature. 🙂

      Nelleke,

Thanks for the suggestion! We read Little Pilgrim’s Progress 3 1/2 years ago, so maybe it’s time to tackle the real thing!
